Philippe Semidei

50 years old, a lawyer by training and a master’s degree in hand, he began an international career for CBC (Générale des Eaux) which led him to more than 35 different countries before becoming Agent in 1997 when the French market took off again, after at DTZ, Espace Consultant, Catella in 2004 he took over the management of King Sturge France, which was then in difficulty to straighten it out.

The merger of King Sturge and JLL in 2011 brought him to the position of Director Europe at JLL where he remained 3 years before joining Christophe Martinez in ASI.
